Japanese companies have a nomikai for everything.
So when it comes to company shuffle season
(usually April and October for most companies)
we have tons of farewell nomikai's,
followed by welcome nomikai's.
And when you're the one changing
it's kind of mandatory that you attend.
Today was the last of the farewell nomikai's.
